The ARMOPLAST composite materials have demonstrated their resistance to chemicals, salts and corrosion even in high humidity and aggressive environment conditions. All these aspects allow to use the composite supports and pickets in those conditions, where it is impossible to use their metal analogues.

Weight

The weight of composite supports is 8-9 times less than their metallic analogue, and 2-3 times less than wooden supports. It provides the additional convenience during transportation and use, as well as during construction of supporting structures.

Reduction of disking costs

When using the metal pickets, the disk of special material intended for disking, when touching the picket, will be damaged, what shall lead to forced stopping of the process and the disk replacement. The composite pickets will be damaged by themselves, but not lead to the disk damage.

Flexibility and smoothness

Flexibility of the composite materials excludes the load on the steam in the areas of tie-up the plant to the support, what allows the plant to bend naturally under the wind influence. The composite support surface smoothness does not damage the plant.

Universal material

Due to their flexibility and elasticity, the composite supports can be assembled into various structures for supporting of any plants: grapes, young plants, planting stocks, vegetable cultures (tomatoes, haricot, etc.). Espalier systems with application of fiberglass pickets possess higher reliability and durability in comparison with wooden analogues, and more lower price in comparison with metal ones.

Arches and frameworks for hothouses

Arches for hothouses are made of smooth composite whips. The composition of composite arches includes a special component, which protects from UV-beams destructive exposure. The fiberglass arches are stable to humidity, do not subjected to corrosion, do not subjected to rotting, have light weight and convenient for installation. Service life is up to 80 years. The usage of such technology for installation of multi-row hothouses of composite whips provides easiness and lightness of installation, maximum comfortable access to seedbeds, maximum quantity of light, as well as saving the warm for plants.

Packaging versions

The cut-to-length composite fiberglass whips are packed into bunches. The whips in bunches are tightly packed and firmly tied in lateral direction every 1-1.5 meters, and, in this case, the distance of tying the end places comprising 10-20 cm. The bundles are tied by two diametrically arranged lacings, and the bunches of bundles are firmly fastened by two-three lines.
